As the development of China's higher education by leaps and bounds, and the deepening of graduate employment system reform,"the two-way choice, the independent choosing jobs"has become the main form of employment of university students, thus, the work of graduate employment correspondingly entered a new stage.The level of graduates career guidance not only have an effect on whether the graduates can get work smoothly, but also have a great significance for higher education sustainable development and social stability. This article take"the research of the university career guidance's actuality and countermeasure in china"as a topic, adhere to the theory and practice, point out the problems which our country university career guidance exist, explore the reasons for its existence and come up with the countermeasure.This article first introduce the Japan and American some developed countries career guidance situation, summarized certain experience which worth profiting from; second, analyzed our country career guidance actuality, and point out some questions that need to be solved: seasonal work of our career guidance, obsolete of instruction idea, ingle-channel of guidance, non-professional of the guide team ,the lack of systematic guidance and coordination and so on; once more, analyzes the factors that affect graduate career guide from the aspects of social environment, school education, family and students individual, aimed at strengthening the university students career guidance and guiding the students to set up a correct concept of employment; finally, in view of the problems our university career guidance have, discusses through government macro-control, consummate the career guidance content, improve the guidance way and strengthen guidance construction and team-building to consummate our career guidance.The main research methods in this paper include the survey procedure, he literature law and the synthesis method. Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the first-hand information and use the statistical analysis to excavate the survey data to gain the argument which the argument needs.
