Moral education assessment is an important part in the process of moral education. In addition, it has an important significance and effect in the whole moral education. However, in moral practice, it is also the weakest, most vulnerable part. At present, the school moral education assessment is within a system with closed and single assessment subject, assessment target and assessment content. Many educators at home and abroad researched this problem, and formed different theories about it. Nevertheless, most are still limited to moral education assessment, confined to the analysis on specific methods of moral education assessment. Moreover, they did not make an exploration to solve problems from the moral education view.Based on this understanding, this study starts from the moral education assessment and the existing problems, then explore the reason in moral education view, and attempt to improve the existing moral education assessment system at last. Subjective moral education reflects the people-oriented spirit of modern moral education, and takes to develop a modern moral and ethical quality as a fundamental principal. It directly focused on people, focused on the development of human virtue. Subjective moral education is an activity that the educated construct the moral system dependently, is an activity that educators inspire, guide and teach the educated to cognitive, experience and practice. This activity is a unity of the educators' guidance of value and the independent construction of the educated. Subjective moral education compared with the traditional moral education, in its theoretical foundation, moral education goal orientation, moral education content and moral education means, there are very different. The subjective moral education is more adapted to the current trend of social development, in line with the law of growth and development of students and the development of moral. From the perspective of subjective moral education to analyze the current problems of moral education assessment, with the concept of subjective moral education to guide the moral education assessment work in the future, it will help improving the school's lack of moral education assessment. And it is the inevitable need for improve the effectiveness of moral education. It also can help the students to face the impact of several different cultural values at home and abroad in the pluralism of social development.
