Older people in general non-marital cohabitation attributed as follows:economic aspects;obstacles to parent-child relationship;by external environmental impacts;thought the shackles of traditional culture and the elderly's own concerns, as well as other reasons and so on.This article from the reality, combined with survey data, non-marital cohabitation of older persons to make recommendations and countermeasures.First of all, we need to correctly treat the elderly marital problems, especially the elderly non-marital cohabitation, through the relevant system to improve and a wide range of guidance, so that the elderly is able to enjoy a happier and more serene old age. Therefore, we must vigorously develop the socio-economic, age for the elderly to provide financial assurance;set up a sound legal system, non-marital cohabitation for the elderly to provide a legal basis to accelerate the reform of the institution of marriage to protect the legitimate rights and interests of elderly people living together; set up a sound social security system, the development of elderly welfare services;to strengthen the building of the social work profession, vigorously develop social undertakings in our country; to strengthen publicity and education to promote the progress of the concept of innovation; at the same time to change our thinking and the concept of the elderly, in the remarriage or cohabitation before thoughtful consideration to the question.
