In this paper, through the monitoring of obese people taking L-carnitine before and after exercise at different intensities of physical form,the changes in blood indicators to explore the effect of different intensity and lose weight the relevance, with a view to obese people lose weight to provide a reasonable way to achieve the purpose of science and fitness. The results showed that the experimental group after the high-intensity intermittent exercise patterns of the target group with the control mean in the form of low-intensity target after exercise between the mean difference was significant (P <0.05). After high-intensity intermittent exercise FFA average (-10.72±2.17) in low-intensity exercise and after the FFA mean (-5.17±1.83) exist between the same significant difference (P <0.05). After high-intensity intermittent exercise TG average (-43.6±10.4) and in the mean after low-intensity exercise (-21.2±7.62) has a very significant difference (P <0.05). High-intensity intermittent exercise in the post-TC mean (-40.2±12.1) in low-intensity exercise and after the TC mean value (-38.5±14.6) were no significant differences between (P> 0.05). According to data analysis, at day-to-day exercise can lose weight using these simple, non-invasive assessment of target for weight loss,but at a major competition before the middle of the body weight minus weight loss assessment, the need to use FFA,TG,TC, such as chemical and biological monitoring methods mainly as a supplement form of the target evaluation Through the use of L-carnitine with different intensity of exercise to monitor weight loss of applied research, the results of its monitoring and feasibility of the feedback coaches give subjects or its fitness or sports training plan, according to different groups of people or individual differences in athletes and reasonable arrangements for sport and training, and achieved good results.
