Research On Teacher Education Curriculum Settings In Local Undergraduate Normal Colleges Under The Background Of The State Test Of Qualifications For Teachers

In this study,based on the new situation of the "state test" of qualifications for teachers,I have chosen some local undergraduate normal colleges which are representative by convenience sampling.Applying the literature research method,content analysis,and questionnaire method,I conducted text study for personnel cultivating program of their teachers' education professional or teachers' professional undergraduate course.At the same time,taking one of these samples of normal colleges as an example,I conducted relevant questionnaire for their satisfaction of normal college students' teacher education curriculum setting.Combining with the research results of the analysis of the two parts,I explored the current situation of samples of colleges whose teacher education curriculum setting under the background of the "state test" of qualifications for teachers,and analyzed the existing problems and reasons.And I tried discussing the problem solving strategies which have certain relevance.Besides the introduction,the thesis body also contains the following four parts:The first part,I sorted and summarized some related researches,through the domestic and overseas about the qualifications for teachers examination system and the teacher education curriculum setting,which can draw lessons from the research achievements of predecessors,and service for this study.At the same time,through analyzing the possessed literature,I summarized the lack of existing research,looking for breakthrough point for this study.The second part,mainly from three aspects which included curriculum teaching period,credit and content settings,I conducted content analysis for personnel cultivating program which were convenient collected at 15 local undergraduate normal colleges and a total of 48 undergraduate level teachers' education professional or teacher-training specialties.Through the content analysis for personnel cultivating program,I can understand the overall features and the main existing problems of the current local undergraduate normal colleges in the teacher education curriculum settings,which was for the design of the follow-up questionnaire,and laid the foundation of the survey feedback of teacher education curriculum setting in local undergraduate normal colleges under the background of the "state test".The third part,I designed questionnaire,according to the result of content analysis of the second part's personnel cultivating program.Treating one local undergraduate normal college students of sample colleges as the object of investigation,I investigated their attitudes and opinions on the current qualifications for teachers on the "state test"policy,general education curriculums,teacher education courses and education practice curriculum settings,testing and proofing related results of content analysis of sample training program,and further analyzed the existing problems and reasons of their teacher education curriculum settings,and thus proposed related suggestions which conformed to the requirements of basic education reform,and more targeted teacher education curriculum settings.The fourth part,according to the content analysis and questionnaire survey feedback on the present situation of teacher education curriculum setting in local undergraduate normal colleges under the background of the "state test" of qualifications for teachers,I put forward advice of perfecting teacher education curriculum setting in local undergraduate normal colleges.Such as gazing at teacher education training goal,expanding the scope of the general elective courses,adjusting the content of compulsory courses of teacher education,increasing the credits and period of optional courses of teacher education,coordinating period proportion between education practice and graduation thesis,increasing categories of education practice courses,enriching education practice forms and so on.
