Research On The Practical Education In College Students' Career Planning

The occupation career planning education for university student in China is still in an entry-level stage, along with the employment situation of university graduate getting more and more rigorous, the function and position of occupation career planning education are outstanding day by day. The occupation programming is a new carrier for strengthening and improving university student's political education, and a new approach to meet the rigorous employment situation challenge, promoting university student comprehensive competition. Currently, the consciousness of occupation career planning of our country's university student is rather weak, and occupation technical ability and profession practice ability are poor, the antinomy between the comprehensive quality of graduate student and the demand of unit occupation ability is conspicuous. Some universities' consciousness to the occupation programming of university students are weak, university student's occupation consults, the system is still not perfect to the occupation career guide etc., the research about university student occupation career planning education practice is lack. Universities haven't built up a set of matching mode to the occupation career course system. Therefore, it is of important theoretic and realistic meaning to strengthen the research of the occupation career planning of university student,esp. practice research. For the moment, the Ministry of Education elaborative request to the course construction of nationwide university student occupation career planning, but practice education teaching hasn't been definitely unified request, such as organization, implementation, management and intendance etc. Academic circles is devoid of research to the occupation career planning practice, as for occupation career planning education the research mainly study from the theoretical angle of view, but from practice angle, the research is few. Moreover the counterplan put forward by the academic circles to the occupation career planning research is of little actual application and maneuverability, the literature with novel standpoint and creative cultural heritage lacks. This text analyzes the present condition of our country university student occupation career planning education, puts forward counterplan to practice education in the occupation career planning. This text carries on a superficial research on the foundation of, tries to carry on standpoint innovation, research angle of view innovation, initially analyzes the present condition of the occupation career planning of university student practices education , probes to establish practice pertinence education mode of the university student occupation career planning. Through the research, we aim at providing a theoretic reference and reality basis for the university occupation career planning fulfillment education.The thesis is totally divided into three chapters. Through comparison of the university student occupation programming education between China and some western nations, such as the United States and German etc., the university student occupation programming education condition of our country allows no optimism, in some fields, such as occupation programming organization leadership, troops construction, practice education teaching system, university student self-programming etc., we have a long way to go. Chapter Two mainly discusses the important function of practice education to university student occupation career planning, practice education is a magnitudinous carrier to ensure the occupation programming of university student with pertinence Eland actual effect. Practicing education can effectively shape university student's correct occupation tendency, raise occupation ability, makes profession and occupation meet perfectly, carries on the occupation career opportunity valuation scientifically. Chapter Three is the important part of the article, and puts forward the approach to practice education to perfect occupation career planning of university student, the university should strengthen the construction of occupation career planning organization, builds up and perfect measurement and review system to occupation career planning, develops occupation education activities, such as carving out business education and the occupation experience education, occupation design competition etc., so as to consolidate cooperation between university and enterprise, exalt the university student's occupation practice ability.
