The promotion of quality education, the implementation of the new curriculum reform, innovation and the cultivation of the spirit are inseparable from the transformation of teaching and re-construction. It can be said of any educational reform, without cause profound changes in the classroom, then it can only be external to the school's empty preaching.Today, the building of new classrooms, the creation of a new classroom culture, has become the key to the new curriculum reform. In this environment, the Chinese teachers of weak middle school are facing challenge and opportunity. In order to improve the worrying situation of language classroom and construct the good survival and the development space for teachers and students of weak middle school, the study of weak secondary school language classroom teaching reform, the pursuit of the ideal classroom teaching -"happiness classes", has become natural selection of Chinese teachers in weak secondary school.The paper in the context of "happiness classes" means: teachers make full use of their own educational wisdom, organizing classroom teaching scientifically and artistically, students are actively involved in learning and communicating, so that their own intellectual,ability,personality are fully developed, teachers and students continue to feel the happiness of self-shown, the happiness of cooperation and exploration , the happiness of their intelligence and knowledge's coming into being and the happiness of experiencing their growing.This thesis is based on the author's one-year study on the well-being of the classroom in weak secondary schools. This paper defines the concept of "Happiness Education" "Happy Classroom", describes the specific meaning of constructing Chinese happiness class in the weak secondary school, explores the theory support and the real value of the construction of secondary schools' Chinese happiness classes, accesses the teaching cases of famous teachers and researches the strategy of secondary schools' Chinese happiness classes.On the other hand, the paper shows the preliminary results of the study on secondary language classroom building through examples. The follow-up survey is conducted and through questionnaires and interviews of well-being of the weak secondary language classroom to understand the implementation of well-being of the classroom teachers and students impact. The strategies about the construction of "the happy classroom" are:â—‡Formulating the moderate study goalâ—‡Constructing "humanity" language classroomâ—‡Launching the dynamic teaching processâ—‡Building "harmonious and joyful" classroom atmosphereAccording to the investigation about "the happy classroom" of weak middle school, I think that the implementation of "happy classroom" has influenced the weak middle school's students. They are:â—‡The interest of studying is thicker day after dayâ—‡Learning capability is strengthened graduallyâ—‡The healthy personality tends to be formedThe influences on the teachers are:â—‡Renewing teaching idea consciouslyâ—‡Promoting knowledge accomplishment initiativelyâ—‡Composing the teaching reconsideration positivelySome preliminary conclusions based on the studies are that: a happy classroom building in the weak secondary school is feasible, but also necessary. Because only the well-being of the classroom can improve the unhappiness of the teachers and students in secondary schools and enhance the quality of the life of teachers and students. It not only makes the teachers teach and the student learn happily, but also makes language education become the pleasant journey to students and teachers.Through reconsideration, I think this research still exists places to be further improved: the strategy of the construction of the well-being of the classroom and the concrete steps which need to make more thorough careful observation based on the reality and the research to be aimed; the acquisition of the happiness of the teachers in class requires to be explored further combining practice and cases.
