Happiness has become the core development goal of Chinese governments at all levels.How to explore ways to improve the happiness of secondary vocational school students from the level of class management,so that happiness not only becomes the goal of education,but also infiltrates into the process of education,which has become an important topic for secondary vocational educators to study urgently.This paper mainly includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this study;combs the research status of domestic and foreign secondary vocational students' well-being and class management at home and abroad;defines the concept of secondary vocational students,well-being and secondary vocational students' well-being,and clarifies the research ideas and methods of this study.The second part introduces the theory basis of this study: Maslow's Demand Theory,Multiple Intelligence Theory,Self-efficacy Theory,Positive Psychology.Then the author analyses the inspiration of these theories to this study.In the third part,the author adapted the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ)from Professor Miao Yuanjiang.A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among 1000 secondary vocational school students in SX Vocational Education Center.The author classifies 1000 secondary vocational students in SX Vocational Education Center according to the class management situation from five dimensions: class goal management,class learning management,class activity management,family-school contact and class daily management.The author tries to investigate the influence of various dimensions of class management on the happiness index of secondary vocational students and the happiness of secondary vocational students.Questionnaire survey and interview found that the students' happiness level in SX Vocational Education Center is on the low side,and there is a lot of room for improvement.Class vision management and students' personal planning guidance,learning strategy guidance,voluntary service activities and sports activities,home-school contact,class environment management,student class participation,student evaluation criteria,mental health education and happiness education all have an impact on the well-being of secondary vocational school students.In the fourth part,on the base of investigation and interview,the author analyses the reasons why class management in secondary vocational schools cannot improve students' well-being: 1)Class management lacks a common vision 2)Class management seldom guides students in personal planning 3)Class management does not pay attention to the improvement of students' self-efficacy 4)Class management activities are organized in a formal way 5)Parent-child relationship construction is neglected.6)Students' sense of belonging to the class is neglected 7)Mental health education is marginalized 8)Happiness education is absent.In the fifth part,the author puts forward the strategies of improving students' well-being in class management: 1)build a common vision of the class 2)guide students to do a good job in personal planning 3)improve students' self-efficacy 4)improve the pertinence and effectiveness of class activities 5)attach importance to the construction of students' parent-child relationship 6)enhance students' sense of belonging to the class 7)strengthen mental health education 8)increase happiness education.The sixth part is the conclusion,summarizing and forecasting the whole study.
