The rapid rise of positive psychology expands the research field of psychology.Instead of simply paying attention to sick psychology,people pay more attention to the positive psychological accomplishment of human beings and help people lead a happier life.Accordingly,the school mental health education changes from dealing with the problem students and students' problem orientation to paying more attention to cultivating the students' positive psychological quality,developing the students' potential,and making the students study happily and live happily.At present,it is only a few attempts to set up happiness course in senior high school.The author takes happiness course in Xishui No.1 Middle School as the research object,uses investigation method,interview method and observation method to study the effect of its implementation and find out its existing problems.At the same time,the countermeasures of optimizing the course are put forward.The results show that:(1)the happiness course of Xishui No.1 Middle School has a practical help to promote students' happiness,the key reason is that the content of happiness class meets the psychological needs of students,and the teaching method reflects the activity of psychology class.Experience.(2)the happiness class in Xishui No.1 Middle School is deficient:(1)The emotional goal is not achieved,and the change of students' behavior is not obvious;(2)Some of the contents are general or missing.For example,middle school students learn interpersonal relationships in a more general way and do not return to specific relationships,such as parent-child relations and heterosexual relationships.At present,the content of happiness teaching does not include the students need a lot of learning guidance;(3)Learning resources are single and poor,so far teachers have only provided Classroom multimedia courseware learning,students but no review materials after class,paper or electronic resources are not available;(4)activities and experience generation is not enough,limited activities,and sometimes short activity time;(5)The openness of students needs to be enhanced,some students dare not speak in class,or dare notexpress their true feelings,and some students choose to act as bystanders in the classroom.According to the results of the research,the author puts forward five countermeasures to optimize the happiness course:(1)to promote the overall development of the emotional goal and the emotional goal,and to realize the transformation of students' cognition,emotion and behavior;(2)perfecting the teaching content and increasing the "parent-child relationship","heterosexual relationship" and "study guidance" required by students;(3)compiling school-based teaching materials,building curriculum websites,happy school textbooks to meet the needs of students' classroom study and after-class review,and setting up different columns on the curriculum website can broaden the channels of learning happiness lessons;(4)focus on time and depth of activity,It is necessary not only to ensure a certain amount of activities,but also to pay attention to the depth of each activity;(5)to create a safe classroom atmosphere,so that students can let go of their own constraints,dare to speak,willing to share.
