In February 2017 by the CPC Central Committee,the State Council issued "on the strengthening and improvement of Ideological and political work under the new situation of the opinions" pointed out: "we should improve the teaching theory of Ideological and political education,give full play to the role of the main channel of Ideological and political education theoretical courses,in-depth implementation of College Ideological and political theory course system innovation,improve the system of teaching materials.To improve the quality of teachers,innovative teaching methods,strengthen the teaching of attractive,persuasive and appealing." It can be seen that enhancing the effectiveness of Ideological and political education theory has become the focus of the reform of higher education.Constructivist learning theory is a branch of applied psychology,which was first applied to the practice of teaching in foreign countries.It is in line with the strategy of talent training quality education advocated in China,the teaching process and teaching theory of Ideological and political education has internal consistency,to cultivate the students' ability of autonomous learning plays a positive role in promoting.In the current study of curriculum reform in China,constructivism learning theory has made some achievements in teaching based on a solid theoretical foundation,but the construction and effectiveness of Ideological and political education courses at university learning theory together in research is still relatively small,the author further explores the value of.Based on the research results of this paper predecessors.The reference of educational psychology research methods and research methods,attempts from constructivist learning theory from the perspective of the status quo the effectiveness of Ideological and political education courses at University,further analysis of the causes of the current lack of effectiveness of Ideological and political education courses at University of the full range of constructivism the effective method to solve the problem of learning theory courses at university ideological and political education and effective ways based on.The paper is divided into four parts to analysis in-depth study of the constructivist learning theory course correlation theory of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities inside,the main purpose is to enhance the effectiveness of the theoretical course of Ideological and political education,and train students into the general task of all-round development of people.
