Ideological and political theory course is very important for the implementation of the fundamental task of Li De Shu Ren.College is the key period for the growth of young people,which must be carefully guided and cultivated.To realize the reform and innovation of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities,the most fundamental thing is to adhere to the leadership of the Party,persist in casting the soul and educating people with socialism with Chinese characteristics,constantly enhance their road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence,and guide students to consciously integrate patriotism,strong will and national service into adhering to and developing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and building socialism.In the struggle of modernizing and strengthening the country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Our party and state leaders attach great importance to the reform and development of Ideological and political theory teaching in the universities,and put forward a series of important policies for ideological and political theory education in the universities.Under the correct guidance of these policies,ideological and political teachers in major universities throughout the country vigorously carry out ideological and political theory discipline construction activities,explore new teaching concepts,teaching methods and teaching paths,ideological and political theory courses in the universities have achieved remarkable results in the discipline system,research content and personnel training.Facing the new era and new situation of the new reality,the construction of Ideological and political theory course in the universities must solve such important problems as deepening teaching content,stimulating creativity of teachers and students,meeting the growth needs and development expectations of educational objects,improving teaching methods and improving teaching quality by using new Internet technologies.The problem-based teaching method of Ideological and political course in the universities insists on problem-oriented and student-centered.It stimulates students' initiative in inquiry learning by creating problem situations and realizes teachers' enlightenment and guidance to students in politics,ideology and action.It emphasizes students' learning and absorption of knowledge,as well as the shaping of students' values.It requires teachers to understand the truth and students' truth.Understanding true learning is in line with all the new curriculum concepts for students' development,conforming to the trend of new curriculum reform,andalso conducive to the construction of education curriculum system that meets the requirements of quality education development.This paper upholds the new concept of quality education,mainly uses literature research,comparative research and comprehensive research methods to explore and study the problem-based teaching method of Ideological and political theory course in the universities.The introduction part introduces the background of this paper,the current research situation of problem-based teaching at home and abroad,and the significance of further research.Chapter one tries to find out the possibility and necessity of using problem-based teaching method in Ideological and political theory course of the universities by explaining the related concepts of problem-based teaching method and analyzing the characteristics of Ideological and political course of colleges and universities.Pave the way for the writing of follow-up articles.Chapter two analyses the current situation of the application of problem-based teaching method in the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in the universities as a new era teaching method,points out the beneficial experience and teaching effect gained by teachers in the application of problem-based teaching method in Colleges and universities,and analyses the outstanding problems existing in the practical teaching operation of problem-based teaching method and the causes of the problems,so as to promote the problem-based teaching method to be more effective.It can be well applied to the teaching of Ideological and political theory in the universities.On this basis,the third chapter tries to explore the innovative application of problem-based teaching method from the perspectives of ideas,paths and specific methods in order to solve some problems existing in the application of the problem-based teaching method,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of Ideological and political theory courses in the universities,realize the value of Ideological and political theory courses in the universities by "persuading people by reason" and "cultivating people by learning",and promote the price of Ideological and political Value regression.
