Knowledge is a source of social development and learning is the foundation of social development. Essentially, the development of society is update of knowledge, and enhancement of learning ability. The university that is Responsible for raising thousands of high-quality and a large number of professional creative higher talents, in the 21st century how to create more value for society, the training of college teachers has became an important topic. Under the success of many enterprises staffs trained by using the learning organization theory, the aim of the paper is placing principles of learning organization theory on improving teacher training and in order to help our teacher training develop better. For the characteristics of this article, the author has used the literature, the comparative analysis, qualitative and the quota union, the factor analysis research methods.First of all, related theories of this article. While describing the definition, characteristics, Fifth Discipline, constituent elements of learning organization theory, while the relevant theory of the training, and learning organization theory training for a more in-depth analysis, thus providing theoretical support for this paper.Second, describe the current situation and identify problems and analyze the reasons. The present situation including two aspects here, one is the status quo of our college teachers; second is the status quo of Sino-US University teacher training present. Both are closely linked and mutually conditional. After the discovery of the problem in-depth then analysis the root causes of college teacher trainingThird, solve problem, namely the implementation of universities teacher training based on the learning organization theory. This content can be divided into tow parts: First, the designation of college teacher training model, including requirements of the learning organization theory to the college teacher training, model designation and implementation feasibility of this pattern Second, the implementation of the training pattern safeguards, including ideas, organizational, management and mechanisms security.
