Under the new curriculum reform and teacher professional developmentbackground, the backbone of the backbone of education as a school teacher, alsothe backbone of leading all teachers to improve professional standards. Their teachingabilities are more, and they can understand the concept of advanced education fasterand better than general teachers, and they have more teaching experience. BackboneTeachers can open class, school-based research, reports and by other ways to sharetheir own teaching experience with other teachers, thereby stimulating the growth anddevelopment of other teachers. To make full use of their key role of teachers, we mustfirst ensure that the backbone of the professional development of teachers themselves.Thus, the backbone teacher training is particularly important and urgent. And effectivetraining theory is inseparable from scientific guidance, research learning organizationis a young field of science. It is a highly practical science, who is widely respected incorporate training. In building a learning organization, Peter Senge and The FifthDiscipline has been to widespread praise, but the practice itself did not give a specific,detailed guide to action. Some theories are more abstract, difficult to put into practice.Thus, learning how to be the backbone of organization theory as the guiding teachertraining is a major issue to be discussed in this paper. The main research method usedin this paper to the literature, case studies, questionnaire method.Study, the author first through books, journals, networks, and other ways tocollect a large number of documents, understand the status of research backboneteacher training. For closer to reality, so that more targeted research, the author of fourkey areas of primary and secondary school teachers in Nanning City as a sample andto carry out investigations and research. The author has visited four schools and fourprimary schools, and used a questionnaire survey of377primary school teachers inthe backbone of the views and opinions of the past had participated in the training.The survey found there are still many problems in backbone teacher training. Forexample, the backbone teachers of primary and secondary school are not clear theirtraining objectives; backbone teacher training programs can not meet the demand;flexible approach to training is not enough; training did not carry out a fair assessment;training effect is not very good, and so on. I learned organization theory and analyzedthe causes of these problems, and based on " Discipline " explored five strategies toimprove the backbone teacher training:(1)the pursuit of rational and efficient,buildinga learning team;(2)clear learning goal, the establishment of a common vision;(3)tostimulate learning motivation, the pursuit of self-transcendence;(4)innovative waysof thinking, improving mental models;(5)Looking at the overall design, andimplement systems thinking.
