With the pace of the society, oral communicative competence has become an essential quality of modern citizen, to master standard spoken language more effectively has become a world consensus of mother tongue education for a student in a language acquisition environment. Chinese new Language course standard change the "Listen and Speak" to "oral communication", embodies updating of the idea in language courses. However, our re-heard light to read and write traditional Chinese education, oral communication curriculum development is immature, so the construction of oral communication course still exist many problems.This paper sorts out and analyzes on the contents of oral communication in the new round of language curriculum standards and the People's Education Publishing House of the compulsory curriculum standard textbook (elementary, junior high school), People's Education Press high school textbooks (compulsory). This paper points out four problems in oral communication course which are the absence of "communication", the inadequate of "true knowledge", School curriculum level fuzzy and the course lack of reflective. And for the four aspects of the curriculum in speaking of the construction, I think my oral communication course content to focus on building "communicative"; The construction of knowledge to draw on linguistics, sociology, psychology and other disciplines of theoretical research, the oral knowledge system, verbal rules and the use of oral communication strategies and learners as the main communication unite to form a complete System of Oral Communication course. Development of elementary, middle and high school level courses of oral communication; enhance oral communication course content reflective, verbal literacy students.Because of the lack of theoretical level and actual practice, the oral communication course in the construction of China seems to have enough maturity and depth, this is the biggest inadequate of this article. I only hope this article can offer some inspiration for the construction of oral communication course in China.
