Waldorf Education is an educational model of originated in Germany in the early 20th centre and spread over the world, established by Rudolf Steiner, an Austrian Philosopher and Educator, based on his anthroposophy. With about 90 years development, Waldorf Education has become the world's largest and fastest-growing non-religious the education movement. Waldorf School Education advocates people's "body", "heart", "spirits" three dimensions have a balanced and comprehensive development, is a Holistic Education which focus on people's overall health and development. Waldorf School Education is worth studying. At present, China's Waldorf School Education is at an initial stage of development, and has some problems. From studying Waldorf School Education, it will have the great significance to promote our country's Waldorf School and current educational reform.The paper has selected the Waldorf School Education as the object of study. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, elaborates the reason of the research, and analyses the present research situation at home and abroad, and points out the overall frame and thought in this paper; The second chapter describes the origin and change of the Waldorf School Education, which analysis from the background of the Waldorf School Education development, the established of the First Waldorf School and the development of the Waldorf School around the world. The third chapter researches the basic theories of Waldorf Education that was discussed from Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology. The fourth chapter exploring the Waldorf School Education, and mainly discusses from the school curriculum, teaching, teacher, organizational management and evaluation, and selects the curriculum, teaching and organizational management of the Waldorf School of Lexington in America as the case. The fifth part from both positive and negative thought the Waldorf School Education, and introduces the development situation of our country's Waldorf School development, and finally proposed the ponder and the suggestion to our country's education.
