On The Formation Of Organization Image Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Chong Qing

Developing the higher vocational education has become a current and future strategic focal point and the breach of the educational reforming and developing. In the strategic objectives for developing the economy of Yangtze River quickly, building a well community comprehensively both in urban and rural area, and enriching the people finally, as the only municipality in the western, Chongqing's government had put forward "make the city main body, western and eastern the wings", and "city lead rural developing". How to develop the higher vocational school? In a word, the school should build a good image, and be admitted by the public.For the research of the organization image, complete CIS theory has been informed. The research throws light upon the question of building the higher vocational school's organization image. There are five systems:concept recognition system, behavior recognition system, vision recognition systems, the quality of education, school characteristics. According to the survey, the results are as follows:1. The main problems of higher vocational school include:focusing on building the theories, systems, symbols, practices, and the campuses, but ignoring spiritual communication, management, features and feedback out of the campuses.2. The causes of the problems are:the schools follow the mode of the undergraduate blindly, lacking pertinence and validity; they can not grasp the social demand; they lack long-term vision, communication with the public and so on.3. According to the found problems, summarizing the suggestion given by the public, and taking example of the CIS theory, the research puts forward that in order to improve the image of schools, higher vocational schools can build the organization image by concept, behavior, vision, the quality of education and school characters.The research for building the organization image of higher vocational school, not only enrich the research of the organization image, but also is an attempt on the quantitative research of the organization image of higher vocational school.
