Development Of An Integrated Curriculum For Primary Schools Under The IB Curriculum Concept

With the development of globalization,the demand for global talents is becoming more and more urgent.In this context,many countries try to achieve the goal of global talents training by means of educational reform.In the exploration and practice of reform methods,educators find that the development of integrated curriculum plays a great role in promoting the process of education reform in various countries.In this development trend,this paper is committed to exploring the exploration methods of primary school science integration curriculum by studying the development of primary school science integration curriculum in China under the concept of IB.The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status,research content and research methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly summarizing the IBPYP curriculum system and teaching mode.The third chapter discusses the IBPYP science curriculum and public primary school curriculum.The key part is the establishment of the framework of science integration curriculum under the IB concept,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the fourth chapter integration curriculum.The fourth chapter focuses on the case of integrated curriculum development.The case selects the third grade primary school students in China as the object,and designs four units of integrated curriculum based on the integrated curriculum framework of the previous chapter.After that,the course will be heard and summed up the problems identified and improved strategies.The fifth chapter summarizes the future development of integrated curriculum improvements.
