Research On The Scientific Establishment Of University Studen's Pursuit Mechanism

To build a harmonious campus is the important component for building a harmonious society, which is also the development trend of the university reform. To build a harmonious campus is initially to create a new mechanism which is early-warning, so as to eliminate the crisis of universities in the bud stage in order to prevent the outbreak of large-scale clashes. The establishment of university student's pursuit mechanism is to institutionalize, standardize and legalize the student's interest pursuit according to the university construction from leading the student's psychology and smoothing the students speaking, then to establish a three-dimensional communication platform, namely,"the students, the teachers, the school", to adopt the scientific ideas in solving the social problems into the field of higher education which is not only an effective way to prevent and reduce college crisis and to create a harmonious campus environment, but it is also a necessary measure according to the new age that is the increasingly development of social legal and democracy system and the gradually enhancement of self-consciousness of the university student's right.Through a clearly defined concept relevant to the'pursuit'and'university students'in the first part of this paper, we get the university pursuit concept which means the reasonable wish and demand of university students that can be fulfilled with certain systems and channels. At the same time, this paper points out that we should rationally view the necessity and urgency of the demands, considering the existence of understanding errors in the self-right and pursuit aspects. The establishment of university student's pursuit is theoretically reasonable, especially the social conflict theory has already provided a strong foundation for it. This phenomenon has existed for a long period, it has experienced a quite different development process in home and abroad through the research on the historically evolution of the university student's pursuit.This second part of this paper analyzes pursuit mechanism development in our country and the current university student's pursuit mechanism development situation, channels for analysis. The pursuit mechanism development of social sphere is the background environment of university student's pursuit mechanism development. The characteristics of current university student's pursuit is similar to the pursuit of social sphere, growing number , broad coverage, but the relatively narrow channel. Currently there are there pursuit channels in university,However, their own shortcomings made it impossible for them to play well .I well analyze them one by one in this paper .In addition, the universities have also made some attempts in smoothing the student's pursuit in recent years. This provides useful inspiration for establishing a scientific university student's pursuit mechanism.The third part of this paper point out the idea of building the university student's pursuit mechanism. the university student's pursuit mechanism is made up of training and study mechanism related to university student pursuit, including trainings to school executive board, teacher, and university students ;establishing university student pursuit information collection and reflection, including selecting representatives for different university student groups through consultation; setting up specific agencies for all types of pursuit problems and university student autonomy organization; building up examination and classification mechanism for pursuit information; constituting processing and feedback mechanism of university student pursuit information; and establishing leader and safeguard mechanism of university student pursuit express, including internal leader and safeguard mechanism, and external leader and safeguard mechanism.
