A Study On Setting Up Unemployment Insurance System With Promoting Employment For Graduates

With China's economic transformation, general rapid expansion of higher education enrollment, employment rate has declined. The unemployment has become an serious problem. If this problem could not be effectively resolved, on the one hand, a it is difficult to raise the living standards of college students. On the other hand it will also affect people's enthusiasm for investment in education, so as to exert negative impact on economic development and social stability. At present, China has not settle specifically for college students in the system of unemployment protection, this lack of interest ignore the maintenance of university students, it also questioned the universality and fairness of integrity of social security. This paper analysis the type of college students and causes of unemployment and described the necessity for establishing the unemployment insurance for university students in China. Furthermore, it proposed the establishment of job-oriented unemployment insurance, including insurance object, fund raising. At last, with the current situation, this paper put forward some suggestions for unemployment insurance.
