National Tennis Team The Distribution Of Interests Of Stakeholders Analysis And Research Activities

With the rapid development of tennis in our country, the process of the professionalization of tennis is deepened increasingly. However, because of the fact that the athletic sports in our country is under a system of the whole nation, the conflict in the process of the interests distribution among those people related to the interests of the national tennis team keeps emerging, especially between the athletes and the tennis management center. The essence of the conflict is how to regulate the relationship between the individual interests and the national interests. On the one hand, the athletes hope to have the decision-making power, and the right to do the management as well as the arrangement by themselves. In the meantime, they also hope to get the support and guarantee form the country. On the other hand, the tennis management center, as a national organization, focuses more on the influence of the athletic achievement on the political and national image. As a matter of fact, from the objective perspective, both these two parts think highly of their contribution respectively, and underestimate the contribution made by the other part, which leads to the conflict between them. With the development of the society, our country sends out the call to construct the harmonious society, to carry out the development in a scientific way which puts more focus on the individual interests. There seems to be no alternative to supposing that all these policies focus on the individual interests, individual value as well as individual dignity, which is the tendency of the development in our entire society. Obviously, this involves a process of gradual change of the focus, but it doesn't equals to the idea that our country should give to the individual as much benefits as possible. The athletics, on the other hand, should cultivate themselves with the collective concept as well as the sense of national interests, and tries to give consideration to both national and individual interests.At present, there are some international researches concerning the distribution of interests in the sports field, however, they can not be completely applied to the present research due to the difference of our unique national system. There are also some researches in our country about the distribution of interests in the fields of table tennis, basketball as well as football, which have been developed rather earlier than tennis, while the research in the field of tennis is rare. However, in the current situation in which the conflict keeps emerging in the interests distribution among the people related to the interests of the national tennis team, it is important and necessary to formulate an interests distribution system which is suitable for the tennis development in our country.This thesis focuses on analyzing and discussing the aspects influencing the interests distribution system in our national tennis team, through the methods of collecting the relative journals and books, interviewing the experts as well as the comparison and analysis:1. National Tennis Team, stakeholder value judgments among different criteria, at this stage the distribution of benefits and benefit distribution system theory as yet no unified framework for the complete system.2. The interests of the national tennis team management of the distribution system there are some problems, there is insufficient guidance, system loss, confusion and other legal issues.3. Tennis team a new framework for the distribution system of interest is a long and complex but also an urgent need to address the problem.
