Analysis On The Predicament Of Grass-roots Sport Non-profit Organization

Currently in the social transformation process, the sport non-profit organization is playing the role of a contractor,facilitator and supervisor of the public affairs of sport management in our country, which has also played an important part in building a harmonious society and the reform of the government of sport department. In all, the sport non-profit organization has a practical significance in resolving the supply of public services or products of sport and has carried forward the spirit of public welfare of sport. However, the sport non-profit organization is a multi-level and diversified organizational system.The self-formed grass-roots sport non-profit organization which is build from bottom to top has gradually become an important part of this organizational system.Well,the grass-roots sport non-profit organization is very important because it is located in the end of the sport non-profit organizational system, and it has a direct impact on people's sports practice and the foundation of mass sports service system. As a result, the development of grass-roots sport non-profit organization has profoundly reflected the real situation of sport activities carried out in the civil society. Thus, the research of this level will help to promote the development of mass sports in our country, as well as the sports reform agenda.In this study, the writer chose the predicament of the grass-roots sport non-profit organization in our country and how to promote its sustained and stable development as the object. Combined with the case studied and analysis, the study found:1.The grass-roots sport non-profit organization has not yet received the registered identity awarded by the civil affairs department or the business sector, which is self-initiated and self-managed by people, and based on a non-profit and public or mutually beneficial purpose, including the voluntary sport organizations and the spontaneous sport groups.2. As the strengthening of physical fitness sense, more and more people may be added to such a kind of grass-roots sport non-profit organization, which means the scale of its activities will increase as the expand of participants. So, the grass-roots sport non-profit organization will also develop from a state of lowly-organized to highly-organized. In this process, the predicament of the grass-roots sport non-profit organization can be summed up as follows:the plight of resources outside the organization and the plight of ability inside the organization.3. The plight of resources outside the voluntary sport organizations is:financing difficulties and venue shortage; the plight of ability inside the voluntary sport organization is:the lack of talent and the problem of supervision. However, all these difficulties or problems are closely related with the imperfect of legal system of civil society and the lack of rich cultural heritage of civil society.4. The plight of resources outside the spontaneous sport groups is: relatively small number of venues; the plight of ability inside the spontaneous sport groups is:low capacity of the organizers.5.To achieve the grass-roots sport non-profit organization's interaction with the government, the enterprise and the public is not only a realistic way to attain a public interest, but also it is an effective method to promote the sustained and stable development of grass-roots sport non-profit organization. Through the SWOT analysis in this study, it is found that such a benign interaction can be formed through the correct and reasonable strategies and behavior choices making by the parties involved.
