The Development Of China Masses Open Water Swimming In Present Condition,Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years, the masses of China open water swimming at the practical level we have seen rapid development, increasing the number of participants, but at the theoretical level, the domestic open water swimming almost in a blank state of the theory, practice and theoretical study on the rapid development of backward contradictions become increasingly prominent. Therefore, how to use theoretical knowledge for further guidance, management and development of this activity to promote its standardization and marketization of the direction of professional development has become a top priority.In this paper, the State Sports General Administration of the current focus on open water swimming competitions, such as China's open water swimming Open Challenge and so on across the Yangtze River as the research object, using literature and data, mathematical statistical method to understand the development of China's open water swim in the status quo; the use of questionnaire survey, expert interviews identify the issues affecting the development of China's open water swimming the impact of factors, and factors through the analysis of the main problems of the project, analyzing the reasons for problems and finally put forward the development of China's open water swimming response. By studying the following conclusions:1 Survey results show that:the impact of China's masses, the development of an open water swimming by many factors, involving political and economic class, management class, the environment category, race category, human resources, science and technology classes, training classes seven major categories of primary indicators of the factors A total of 30 sub-indicators of the factors.2 The development process of China's masses open water swimming, the main problems are:There is a certain race in the security risks, the Government's emphasis was inadequate, improper management of open water swimming enthusiasts, open water swimming, a small number penetration is low, the lack of management personnel, and logistics are not in place and so on seven aspects of a major problem. In which security is the most important issue.3 The development of the open water swimming practice shows that: The development model matches the open water swimming in our country to promote the development of a viable, this model can fully absorb the social capital, reduce the financial burden on countries and individuals. However, this model mainly for the purpose of fighting for winning, a small number of participants is not conducive to the mass popularity of the open water swimming.4 Open water swimming in China started late, lack of management talent. In addition, the field of sport management professionals chain closed, and other talents into the open water swimming is difficult to manage in the past. So comprehensive, high-quality serious lack of professionals, in particular to understand the open waters, to understand management, to understand business, understand the law open water swimming complex managerial talent shortage as a constraint to long-term development of China's open water swimming.
