Present Situation And Countermeasures Reach Of The Open Water Swimming Communication And Cooperation Across The Taiwan Strait

The Xia Men-Kin Men crossing has been held for six sessions since 2009,which operation more and more improved,the improvement of the media strategy selection continuously,and make great influence in cross-strait. The sports has become a cross-strait cooperation and jointly held across the sides of the open water swimming events, playing the special function of sports, breaking the 60 year waters forbidden barrier on Taiwai and Xiamen.Realizing the desire of direct communication through natural waters of the cross-strait people.Using the methods of consulting literature, mathematical statistics,interview, questionnaire survey, and comparative analysis to research the total of six session of Xiamen and Jinmen across between 2009 and 2014.The article from the view of sports environment to analyse the condition that Xiamen and Jinmen hold the across successfully:natural environment and policy guidance, the need of society, the mass support; The superior location environment.To analyze from the perspective of culturology Wu Yuan culture of human environment and media attention and use water create a for cross-strait exchanges and cooperation environment. From the postion of Sociology analyse the situation environment, market development, financing environment and facilities of Taiwan after the alternation of power.Analyzed structer of organization,competion and athlete’s present,media attion of the Xia Men-Kin Men crossing.Xia Men-Kin Men crossing brings competitive,social,economic and communication’s benefit in Tai-wan and King-men.In order to paly a great effect.The author use the Pareto analysis method to studied the influence factors and find the main factors : the cross-strait situation,leadership emphasis,cross-strait swimmers and swimming group participation the sports,business support,media publicity effect,hydrology and climate factors,managers Professional quality, the mainland and Taiwan the laws and regulations, funds, event visibility, stable cross-strait interworking mode, project promotion level.Sum up the main problems existing in the Xiamen and Jinmen across : the ordinary level of competition,the unreasonable of grouping,Do not have a high level of market-oriented operation, lack of system organization and athletes’ lack of safety common sense. So put forward some proposal :to perfect the system of competition, improve the level and market operation of sport, development and building brand competition events; make more influence; strengthen the system management in event, create a normalization exchange mode in Taiwan and Xiamen; use a variety of media to increase the propaganda,expand the scale of open water swimming Exchange;increase the propaganda of athlete security knowledge,take five sustainable development strategies of reducing safety risk.Which is conducive to further improve the management of docking on both sides,prompt the Xiamen and Jinmen across to become a typical and regular event of the cross straits sports exchanges and cooperation,and improve the positiom of Xiamen Kinmen in Taiwan and mainland’s exchanges and cooperation.
