Competitive Aerobics is a kind of sports which is loved by people and will be one of skills items in Olympic Games. In recent years, Competitive Aerobics has a rapid development tendency in China, and particularly in the popularity of youth competitive aerobics it has achieved encouraging results. But if an item wants to be prosperous, themost important thing is whether its reserve force is abundant. The training of reserve talents is a strategic issue of the competitive sports development. And only we attaching importance to the echelon construction of reserve talents, our country's athletic sports will have deep development. The most main reserve force of our country Competitive Aerobics is the middle-school student aerobics team, whose training and competition level directly affects the level of competitive sports aerobics and its development. As a new non-Olympic event, there is no backing of nationwide system. Which factors on earth impel Competitive Aerobics to develop so quickly in Shandong and our country? Compared with the Olympic projects, what are advantages and characteristics of the reserve talents training, transfer and operation? What are the problems? How to further improve? Therefore, the study of the status quo of the training, selection and transfer of Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics athletes and the proposal of countermeasures to the related problems have vital significance to the continuous development of Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics.This article uses the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis, takes the athletes and coaches of the Aerobics Classes of Shandong Sports School, Shandong Base of Youth Aerobics Training Center, and the "WoDong" Fitness Club of Shandong, who participated in 2009 Shandong "School Cup" Middle-School Student Aerobics Games as the investigation objects, interviews leaders of relevant departments and experts, and has conducted thorough investigation and research on the issues involving the training and transfer of Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics athletes. following conclusions:The training patterns of Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics athletes give priority to the school self-training,and that of Aerobics training base, club and sports school are supplementary. Intermittent non-system Athletic training is a general problem in Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics athletes' training, including the short-term intensive training before the game or an exam, and the poor training field and facilities. The contradiction of learning and training is obvious. The scientific degree of athlete selection is insufficient. New students'situation is not very ideal. The transfer of Shandong middle-school Competitive Aerobics athletes is relatively ideal, and the training and transfer channels of educational system are open; meanwhile the socialized profitable training and transfer channels and that of sports system, profession sports associations, which are grafted onto the educational system-universities, in the flow of high-level talents, are relatively immature. The majority of athletes can be transferred to universities, but because various universities'admission policies are not unified, there is a negative impact on middle-school Aerobics athletes'training and learning. Coaches are younger and have less training opportunities. Although coaches have a wider way to gain and use the latest aerobics information, they are not interested in scientific research, so the achievements in scientific research are few. Most coaches believe that at present the number of their athletes participating competition still could not reach a good requirement to improve athletes'training level.According to the above conclusions, we come up with the following countermeasures to further improve Shandong middle-school Aerobics athletes'training and development:1. To enact reasonable policy to provide the good environment for the Shandong middle-school Aerobics athletes'training.2. To expand the college and university admissions, at the same time, improve the leading role of the college admissions policies.3. To strengthen the scientific selection work, and raise the success rate of middle-school Aerobics athletes'training. 4. To improve the "school" training mode, and weaken the contradiction between learning and training.5. To strengthen the construction of coach troop, and raise the coaches' professional level.6. To establish and perfect the competition system for training and selecting reserve talents.7. To strengthen the field and facilities construction, and optimize training conditions.
