City University of New Women in the growth capacity of the environment has risen markedly in rural areas within and outward-looking female college students, mental health and creativity of the individual factors were higher.Conclusions and recommendations:long-term aerobics exercise can help female students Lok Kwan outgoing, easily excited, exercise and responsible for, dare to take risks, calm; for female mental health, foster and promote creativity and environmental adaptability. Aerobics characteristics of the project meet the required shape Personality Characteristics of Students in Colleges and Universities with good resources to carry out the proposed action could be fit for the exercise prescription used in shaping the personality of college students.
