Physical self-perception, there is an individual on their own understanding of the variousphysical characteristics and evaluation, including the body’s self-evaluation, self-experience,self-perception and physical self-esteem, self-concept is the most basic part. Students developself-knowledge is a personalization to the socialization process, this process is divided intophysical self, social self and psychological self three stages. Self-awareness is the scope ofself-awareness in people’s mental health plays a very important role in restricting theformation and development of personality, self-awareness and thus a comprehensive,profound is to promote mental health and effective way. Physical self cognitive ability is animportant aspect of self-awareness. Therefore, the use of curriculum development aerobicsphysical self-perception of female students, female university not only to promote thedevelopment of self-awareness to provide some new ideas, while promoting the developmentof physical education in Chinese universities are also able to provide some useful reference.In this study, aerobics classes and physical self-perception as the research object, usingthe literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments and mathematicalstatistics method, aerobics self-awareness on the role of female college students wereanalyzed, the following conclusions:1,16week aerobics classes for female students’ health,flexibility, body fat, physical appearance, physical coordination, overall physical,self-described self-esteem has a positive role in promoting.2,16week aerobics classes forfemale college students physical strength, stamina, physical activity and physical exercisecapacity of self-description does not produce positive role in promoting.Studies based on conclusions, Aerobics is an effective fitness exercise has a positivemovement, the majority of female students alike. Experiments show it to improve the body ’sself-female college students have a positive role in promoting awareness, so universitiesshould appropriately increase provided exclusively for female students after schoolplayground fitness venues and facilities, and actively promote physical and mentalcalisthenics on the positive role of women, thus Students maid extensive and consciously jointhe ranks of fitness aerobics; aerobics workout focuses on perseverance, from easy todifficult, step by step, each training time and to control the load and avoid caused due toinadequate physical and mental exercise negative effects; focus on students in physical fitness at the same time, teachers should actively guide the female students the correctaesthetic and rational cognition on their body recommendations.
