Research On Social Sports And The Countermeasures Of Its Development In Korean Scattered Mixed Area In Jilin Province

With the developing and advancing of society, China enters not only an important period of strategic opportunity of development and comprehensive construction of well-off society, but also an era of "conflict standing out time" of various relations of interests. Within quite long period in present and future, economic development of our country may be confronted with more complicated and prominent conflicts and problems, what's more, new tendency and features arising in economic society should be seriously dealt with. Such tendency reflected from the development of mass sports will certainly bring opportunities and challenges for the development of mass sports. The tremendous changes in economic life gradually promote people's strong demand for spiritual and cultural life. With these tremendous changes in demand, PE—as an important part of spiritual civilization—has new development space and power. However, no one seems to have taken any interests in social sports in some Korean scattered mixed areas in Jilin Province due to the overall economic development lag there. The physical fitness of the mass Korean residents worsens gradually, which has some effects on the comprehensive construction of well-off society and the building socialist harmonious society. As a result, systematic investigation and study on current situation and development trend of social sports in Korean scattered mixed area in Jilin Province have become not only necessary but also urgent for PE reform and development under the circumstance of market economy.By means of such research methods as literature, questionnaire, expert interview, observation and mathematical statistics method, and based upon the social investigation, this thesis, from the perspective of Sociology and Sports Sociology, not only studies the current situations of social sports in Korean scattered mixed area in Jilin Province, but also presents some practical development countermeasures under the new situation, aiming at finding the best way to develop the social sports and giving reference for the establishment of development strategy in Korean scattered mixed area in Jilin Province.The investigation indicates that there are many difficulties to be overcome and problems to be solved in the social sports development in Korean scattered mixed area in Jilin Province, including the lack of sports facilities, insufficient emphasis by government departments, the shortage of sports funding, deficient in residents' enthusiasm on social sports etc. Based on the above, some development countermeasures are proposed as follows. Firstly, establish and improve leadership and management organization and regulatory system and improve the county social sports organizations; secondly, leaders at all levels should renew concepts and focus on PE in scattered mixed ethic area, especially the rural sports; thirdly, foster public awareness of the social sports and improve population quality; fourthly, take reasonable advantage of local sports resources; fifthly, develop national sports combined with Korean characteristics; lastly, broaden the sources of sports funding.
