The Study Of Problems And Suggestions Of Alleviating Burden Of Chinese Teaching In-Secondary-School

With comprehensive quality of talent on the rise as its background in China, it is a necessity for education to cultivate all-round development people. But for a long time, the mainstream of elementary education is knowledge and education. Students are heavily burdened and all fields of education work is overloaded. "Alleviating burden" is long a proposed but unresolved question. The starting point of it by the education world is to make students develop in a freer healthier and more comprehensive way. However, in the actual implementation, a lot of problems arise:how to define the connotation of "Alleviating burden" of which many misunderstandings still exist and how to carry it out on which no common consensus has been reached.This paper based specifically on Chinese teaching in secondary school, studies "alleviating burden", using a large number of cases in teaching. In this paper, the connotation of "alleviating burden" is defined and the reasons of implementation difficulty are analyzed in teaching effectiveness, efficiency, characteristics and the degree of importance being attached. And the following measures can be taken to alleviate burden:pay attention to the transition from primary to secondary Chinese teaching, activate students'initiative, reduce invalid teaching, abandon inefficient lessons, deal with random teaching correctly and enhance artistic teaching charm. Besides, several attempts are made to improve efficiency in some labor-consuming sections in Chinese classroom like the understanding and memorization of Classical Chinese, composition guidance and correction, reading methods and abilities.This case study is advantageous not only to alleviating burden but also to improving teaching quality of Chinese teaching in secondary school.
