Study On Relieving Ordinary High School Students’ Burden In Qingdao From The Perspective Of Innovation Education

With the continuous development of our country’s education, quality-orientededucation is in full swing, and our government pays more and more attention to relievestudents’ burden and the innovation of education, which are prominent and seriousproblems in the basic education period especially in the senior school period.Based on the perspective of innovative education, this study selected the Qingdaohigh school students as the research object and studied the situation of Qingdao highschool students’ burden relief as well as the innovation of education through fieldinvestigation, observation method, questionnaire method and interview method.According to the analysis of related material and data, the following problems can befound: lack of strong atmosphere and clear standard of burden relief and innovationeducation; rigid teaching model goes against school students’ burden alleviation andinnovation education; insufficient of teacher’s motive power of burden relief andinnovation education, etc.In light of the above typical problems exited in the high school students’ burdenrelief, and on the basis of investigation and research, the author thinks that the maincauses are in the following aspects: there are problems in the education system of ourcountry, especially in the college entrance examination system; the educationaladministrative management mode of our country need to be improved; schools’ internalmanagement system also need to be improved, and its execution need to be strengthened;entrance competition is intense and the pressure of every party is huge; teachers’ overallqualities need to be improved. On the basis of these causes, the author puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures accordingly: reform the education system especially the college entrance examination system as well as improve the corresponding policies andregulations; improve the educational administration system, enhance the execution of thesystem; improve the school’s internal management system and mechanism; create strongatmosphere of reformation; improve the system of training innovative teacher; improvethe school curriculum and teaching system; increase the propaganda of burden alleviationand innovative education.
