A Research On The Problems And Coutermeasures Of University Students' Education For Leisure

At present, the university students in our country have more ample leisure time, leisure life has become indispensable and important for students'university life. The quality of university students'leisure life will directly affect the development of individual students, and it will even affect the progress and development of society. Therefore, concerning with the leisure life and education for leisure is not only the requirement of university students'development, but also of social development.In light of this, this paper take research from the following four major parts:Firstly, after defining the conception of leisure education, this paper emphasizes on the theoretical basis of university students'leisure education, Namely, theory of human comprehensive development, liberal-education idea and life education concept. And then, further discusses the necessity of carrying out leisure education in university:it is an important element in cultivating college students; it's an important element in higher education reform and development. In this paper, the author considers that the leisure education also has great practical significance. it displays mainly that:the function of restoration of physical and mental; contributing to raise the subject of college students; helpful to develop the creativity of college students; promoting the development of the teenagers'socialization.And then, the research synthesizes three angles, which are leisure time, leisure activities and leisure state of mind, and then it analyzes the current status of the leisure life of our university students. So far, the character of the leisure life of university students are follows:plenty of leisure time, abundant activity for spending leisure time and so on, but it also has many anxious problems, such as majority of university students lack self-consciousness to plan and use leisure time; some leisure-time activities is low level activities and so on.Again, find a deeper reason with the main problems of university students'leisure life:the impact of traditional education paradigm and cultural value; inadequate attention to the leisure education by higher school, also the resources of the leisure education; thin leisure consciousness of university students, lack of leisure skills.Last, the countermeasures of college students'leisure education majorly probing from university and students, and also talks about some measures in conducting leisure education in detail.
