| Research purpose: This study uses flow yoga as an intervention method to explore how to properly use flow yoga exercises in sports to improve and improve the balance and body composition of middle-aged and elderly women. The decline of the balance ability and muscle loss of women in the year, improve the quality of life and physical and mental health of the elderly, and provide a sufficient scientific basis for improving the balance and body composition of the middle-aged and elderly women.Research methods: The research methods in this article are literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method.40 middle-aged and elderly women aged 50-60 who have volunteered to participate in flow yoga training(WHO’s age definition). The subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group(n = 20)was trained in flow yoga. The control group(n = 20)did not participate in training. They exercised freely and exercised strict diet control. The experimental period was three months.Train three times a week for 90 minutes each time.Analyze and compare the changes of balance ability index and body composition index before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group. The test instrument used the American balance instrument Biodex balance to test the subjects, and respectively tested the standing stability indicators of the left, right, and feet under dynamic conditions;the stability indicators of the left, right, and both feet of the dynamic conditions;dynamic Indicators of downside and downside risk;standing with one leg closed with left and right eyes and standing with one leg open with left and right eyes under static conditions measure the elderly’s balance ability;body composition index test is performed using INBody instrument, test index includes bone minerals Content, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, body weight, body fat mass, body fat percentage, protein, inorganic salts,BMI,WHR,intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, etc.Through the analysis of the balance index and body composition index between the experimental group and the control group of subjects before and after the experiment, the effects of flow yoga on the balance and body composition of middle-aged and elderly women were studied.Research results: 1.Influence of flow yoga training on dynamic standing stability of middle-aged and elderly women.(1)Flow yoga training had significant differences in the general“left foot” standing overall orientation stability index(OSI),front-back orientation stability index(API),and left-right orientation stability index(MLI)of middle-aged and elderly women,P <0.05,control group No significant difference P> 0.05.(2)Flow yoga training has significant differences in the dynamic “right foot” standing overall orientation stability index(OSI),front-back orientation stability index(API),and left-right orientation stability index(MLI)of middle-aged and elderly women,P <0.05,control group No significant difference P> 0.05.(3)The 12-week flow yoga training has significant differences in the general “stability” standing overall orientation stability index(OSI),front-back direction stability index(API),and left-right direction stability index(MLI)of middle-aged and elderly women,P < 0.05,there was no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.2.The effect of flow yoga training on the dynamic stability limit of middle-aged and elderly women.(1)Flow yoga training has significant differences in the “left foot” dynamic standing stability limit of middle-aged and elderly women. It has significant effects on the overall stability index(Overall),forward(forward),backward(right),and upward.Left(Left),Forward / Right(Forward / Right),Forward / Left(Forward / Left),Back / Right(Backward / Right),Back / Left(Backward / Right),there are significant differences,P <0.05,There was no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.(2)Flow yoga training has significant differences in the "right foot" dynamic standing stability limit of middle-aged and elderly women. It has significant effects on the overall stability index(Overall),forward(forward),backward(right),and upward. There were significant differences in Left,Forward / Right,Forward / Left,Backward / Right, and Backward / Right,P <0.05,control There was no significant difference in the group P> 0.05.(3)Flow yoga training has significant differences in the “two-foot” dynamic standing stability limit of middle-aged and elderly women. It has significant effects on the overall stability index(Overall),forward(forward),backward(right),and upward.Left,Forward / Right,Forward / Left,Backward / Right,Backward/Right have significant improvement,P<0.05 There was no significant difference between the control group and P> 0.05.3.The influence of flow yoga training on the fall risk index.(1)Flow yoga training has a significant difference in the fall risk index for middle-aged and elderly women in the dynamic50-55 age group,P <0.05,and there is no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.(2)Flow yoga training has a significant modification difference in the fall risk index of middle-aged and elderly women at the dynamic age of 56-60 years old,P <0.05,there is no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.4.Flow yoga training for single leg standing index Impact.(1)Flow yoga training has significantly improved the static “open eyes” one-leg standing performance of middle-aged and elderly women,P <0.05,there is no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05."Single-leg standing performance was significantly improved,P<0.05,there was no significant difference in the control group P>0.05.5.Effects of flow yoga training on body composition indexes of middle-aged and elderly women.(1)Therewere significant differences in muscle mass, body weight, body fat mass, body fat percentage, protein,BMI index,WHR index,P <0.05,and there was no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.(2)There was no significant difference in bone mineral content, skeletal muscle, inorganic salts, intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid,P> 0.05,and there was no significant difference in the control group P> 0.05.Research conclusions: After 12 weeks of stream yoga training,middle-aged and elderly women’s balance ability has improved, and at the same time, the body composition of middle-aged and elderly women has been effectively improved. The WHR index improved significantly. |
