With the deepening of the reform of higher education system and the quickening of the popularization of higher education,there are increasing numbers of students graduating from colleges and universities,and it becomes more and more difficult for them to find a job,whichhas been widely recognized.Under this circumstance,it is of some significance to study andexplore the issue of employment guidance.This thesis analyzes in depth the current situation,features,achievements and disadvantages of employment guidance in colleges and universities of our country.According to the detailed analysis of the disadvantages in employment guidance and the quantitative employment work evaluation system based on the existing researchon and the performance management theory. The system divides into three layers, namely the target layer, the criterion layer, the indicator layer, and bestows on the weight using AHP for various indicator. According to the indicators'importance, this article has suggested incentive measures for the institute employment work's drive, and has carried on the empirical study by Electrical Engineering and Automation institute of North China Electric Power University of Technology finally.
