In modern society, the rapid development of knowledge economy, making humanresources has become a national economic and social modernization of core resources.In this case, human resource management is increasingly widespread concern andattention, and all aspects of human resource management as a basis for performancemanagement is carried out in a system of management, control, decision-making andmotivation in the process cannot or lack of management methods. It is in all kinds ofenterprises, scientific research and educational institutions, government agenciesadministrative activities have been relatively widely used. However, in these,performance management theory work in the application of the administrativeinstitutions of higher learning is significantly lagged behind, especially in the studentwork management applications even more so, it is very full. Therefore, this article seeksto existing research in theoretical circles, based on the work of college studentperformance management evaluation system optimization explore and think about, it isdesirable to establish a relatively scientific student work performance managementevaluation index system. This is a meaningful attempt to not only enrich the CollegeStudent performance management theory, but more importantly, for the students towork in colleges and universities in the implementation of performance managementprovides management with a basis for evaluation and actual operational parameters,and enhance college students work management effectiveness, improve its overall level.In this paper, M colleges and universities as an example, the author’s many years ofcollege students engaged in work on the basis of practical experience in themanagement of the integrated use of management theory, pedagogy, and performancemanagement evaluation theory, and through questionnaires on the status quo of collegestudents management and its performance evaluation system for analysis, found thatcollege students management performance evaluation of some of the main issues on theexisting, and then using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel and other related theoretical knowledge, college students managementperformance evaluation system in each indicators and their weights are appropriatelyadjusted, a set of universal guiding significance relative College student performancemanagement evaluation system. Meanwhile, the students work through performance management evaluation system in M College actual student work managementapplication, verify its feasibility in reality, and in the analysis of the results of theevaluation, we also proposed a more reasonable proposal and improved measures topromote the development of college students management and improvement.
