With the development of economic globalization, political multi-polarization,cultural diversity and social informatization, especially when Chinese society hasentered a transition period, more and more competition and pressure from all aspects ofsociety and economy caused a large impact on traditional values and more healthproblems of both mind and body, which is reflected in secondary vocational schoolstudents whose bodies are in the important period of physical and mental development.Since these students are at an important stage of their life, the physical and mentalhealth education to them should be paid more attention by society, school, family。Theauthor in the paper thinks, in order to help students in the secondary vocational schoolsto solve in a series of mental problems in adolescence, cultivate their healthy mentalquality and make them learn to adapt to the complex social environment, it is notenough to set up psychological counseling agencies and offer psychological healthcourse, but imparting-knowledge education, management education, and service-basededucation in school should be let work to the greatest extent, infiltrating of subjects andcourses should be also at play.Vocational school can and should try to infiltrate psychological health education inmoral teaching. This approach can not only develop ways of the physical and mentalhealth education to students, but also it can promote the reform of moral educationteaching in secondary vocational school, and strengthen the pertinence and effectivenessof moral education. The paper focuses on infiltrating physical and mental education inmoral classes of secondary vocational school by analyzing the relative definition,necessity and feasibility. The strategies on how to infiltrate are raised after investigation,a grasp of present situation and problems of the mental health education to students insecondary vocational school and analysis of causes of occurring. The emphasis in the paper is to how to infiltrate physical and mental education in moral classes and how tomake moral education teacher play an active role in leading and enhance the interactionbetween teachers and students and positive energy in the teaching process to improvestudents’ quality of physical and mental health.
