Under the background that Lide Shuren is the basic task of all kinds of schools at all levels and moral education in secondary vocational schools is attached great importance to by secondary vocational schools,reforming the present situation of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools and promoting the improvement of the effectiveness of moral education teaching have become the primary task of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools,as well as the urgent need for moral education teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the effectiveness of moral education in Vocational schools.The effectiveness of moral education teaching means that under the guidance of the goal of moral education in secondary vocational schools,moral education teachers in secondary vocational schools have achieved the expected teaching effect by constructing reasonable and scientific teaching objectives,integrating appropriate teaching resources,organizing appropriate teaching contents and adopting appropriate methods.It is effective,effective and efficient teaching.Starting from the teaching practice of moral education in Vocational schools,this research adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,observation and interview,and makes a thorough and systematic study on the relevant theories,current situation,causes and Countermeasures of the effectiveness of moral education in Vocational schools.The two most important factors affecting the effectiveness of moral education teaching are teachers' and students' factors.To carry out moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools,we should adhere to the principles of practice,subjectivity and modernity.There are some problems in the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching evaluation and teaching status quo of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The main reasons can be summarized as four aspects: moral education concept,teachers,students and teaching materials.It is necessary to change the present situation of moral education in secondary vocational schools,solve the problems in moral education in Secondary Vocational schools,and improve the teaching of moral education in secondary vocational schools.Effectiveness requires teachers' efforts,school support and students' cooperation,among which teachers' efforts are the key.Specifically,teachers should improve teaching quality,optimize teaching process,improve teaching effect and strengthen vocational guidance for students.Schools should support the development of moral education teachers,guide moral education teachers to carry out case studies,strengthen the management of teaching materials,construct a good educational environment,and choose the way of network moral education.Students should strengthen themselves.Learning,setting goals,actively participating in moral education practice,establishing correct learning attitude,focusing on learning skills and cultivating good literacy.
