From the angle of the classroom teaching, the factors of moral education teaching effectiveness teaching in secondary vocational school are discussed and studied. This passage includes three parts.The first part, about the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools, the nature, the task and textbooks, are defined on the teaching effectiveness of the vocational moral concepts and analyzed of the influence too. The second part, analyzed the current situation and causes of moral education and teaching effectiveness in secondary vocational schools. The status quo survey describes the manifestation of insufficient effectiveness by analyzing the students from the perspective of moral vocational. Starting from the teachers in vocational moral teaching effectiveness of insufficient reasons are analyzed thoroughly, thinking of moral education in the insufficient effectiveness is the major factors : teaching concepts, teaching objectives, teaching methods and means, teachers' quality in four aspects.The third part, enhancing the efficiency of moral teaching vocational countermeasures is the key part of the text. From the angle of teachers on how to enhance the effectiveness of moral education, four aspects are discussed in this paper. One is to establish correct teaching concept, namely the democracy harmonious teacher-student view, scientific development concept and the quality of talents in the new period of moral education concept; another is to determine the effective teaching target, expounds vocational moral teaching goal setting principles and main contents; thirdly it is to carry out effective teaching behavior, separately from the improvement and the innovation of teaching methods, teaching means, teaching modernization process from three aspects, Finally is to enhance the quality and ability, including improving ideological and ethical standards, the scientific and cultural quality, ability quality and characteristical charming.
