With the development of the Times,digital learning resources increase with each passing day. How to make good use of digital learning resources to comply with the learners of development of personal ability in the era of knowledge has become a research hotspot. Especially the era of knowledge required ten kinds of ability: innovation ability ;problem-solving ability;decision making;critical thinking ability;information literacy;teamwork spirit;compatible ability;acquire tacit knowledge and self management ability and the capability of sustainable development. Then the author selected the curriculum resources which is "the integration of information technology with curriculum" case to analysis and research. Our education informationization development is the study of the background,constructivism learning theory as the basis of this study. This paper adopts document analysis, observation and statistics methods,from the perspective of educational informationization, the author analyzes the junior middle school physics course standard, and the analysis is to develop learners' high-order thinking ability,the paper is also to analyze the current situation of digital learning resource utilization from three aspects:The frequency of digital learning resource utilization;The mode of digital learning resource utilization;the problems which was solved by digital learning resources,and the author analyzes the problems of using digital learning resources to promote learners' high-order thinking ability,puts forward how to efficient use of digital learning resources to develop learners' high-order thinking ability in junior middle school physical science learning. Then the author puts forward constructive suggestions on the problems of digital learning resource utilization.
