The students in the same class, although they are in similar age, every student has a unique ability, temperament and psychological characteristics as an individual. Teachers should choose the course content and teaching methods according to individual differences among students in order to receive the best teaching results. Through the students questionnaire, the author found that the students generally raised their interest in learning after a period of practice. It is also found that the ability and quality of students to complete class exercises grew significantly by testing. The author got good teaching results, summarized the different levels of effective teaching principles and methods by the attempt, observation and practice in teaching. Practice shows that the use of modern educational technology to teach on different levels is very effective to improve class overall academic achievement.
