A Research Of Special Physical Quality Of First-grade Speedskating Male Young-athlete Of Jilin Province

To research special physical quality, 15-19 years old male one-level speed skating players in Jilin province are tested, using methods such as reference-reading, expert-talking, questionnaire and testing. The author read more than 50 titles of bookes, topics and references during this study. 30 people in 08-09 season Jilin speed skating match and China speed skating league match are visited. And special physical quality testing index questionnaire are made for young male one-level speed skating players. Analysis is carried out through correlative statistics method. Following are the results: One. Special physical quality indexes of young male one-level speed skating players in Jilin province are tested. R-type factor analysis to 15 testing indexes is done using SPSS software. From the results, accumulated contribution rate is up to 63.390%, which can stand for total information quantity.Two. 15 primary variables are sorted. Different factor loads are transformes. More than 0.55 of factor load volume are chosen to sort. The four main factors which the 15 primary variables are sorted in are speed quality factor, strength quality factor, stamina quality factor, agility quality factor.Three. Characteristics of the four factors are figure out as following through deep analysis. Characteristic of speed quality factor represents speed of displacement of speed skating players and athletic ability of special speed. Characteristic of strength quality factor represents working ability and obstruction resistant ability of muscle of speed skating players under high intensity, and coordinating ability of players developing absolute strength between upper limbs and lower limbs in matches. Characteristic of stamina quality factor represents the ability of speed skating players to persist longer in matches, and to keep certain exercise intensity and quality during the whole match procedures. Characteristic of agility quality factor represents the ability of players to rapidly, exactly and perfectly change body's moving place and direction, and to adapt the changing environment when surroundings changed suddenly. Because speed skating is a kind of circle sport item which put skill, strategy and physical endurance together. In the matches, players may face some occasional problems anytime. Thus agility quality becomes a sort of special physical qualitywhich helps players control problems. It is hoped that a consideration of special physical quality training to young male one-level speed skating players in Jilin province can be established through the analysis above.
