| As the basis of ice hockey and the premise of various technical tactics, the speed of skating cannot be ignored. This paper mainly uses experimental test method to test the skating speed(including starting acceleration, full speed, sharp turn and crossover turns speed)and the related off-ice indicators(including speed, strength, agility and balance quality indicators)of 32 male professional ice hockey players aged 14-17 in China, and then it uses correlation analysis, factor analysis, aregression analysis and other statistical analysis methods to explore the correlation between off-ice indicators and skating performance and aim to get related indicators which can predict skating performance. In this way,the change of skating ability can be judged through the test of relevant qualities and abilities on land, and we can make the training adjustment in time to improve the scientific nature, pertinence and training quality of ice hockey training. The research results are as follows:1)The 6.1-meter start acceleration speed of young male hockey players aged14-17 years has a moderately linear relationship with the 5-10-5 sensitivity test results and the comprehensive value of the left and right legs of Y-balance.The regression equation is:6.1 meters start acceleration skating speed=1.406+0.037×sensitive speed-0.026×Y-balance comprehensive value,R~2=0.380.2)The 18.3-meter start acceleration speed of young male hockey players aged14-17 years has a highly linear relationship with the 5-10-5 sensitivity test,a moderately relationship with 40-yard sprint results, and a low relationship with the vertical jump indicator and the Y-balance indicator. The regression equation is:18.3meters start acceleration skating speed=3.22-0.054×sensitivity and sprint speed-0.044×Y-balance comprehensive value,R~2=0.451.3)The 18.3-meter full-speed results of young male hockey players aged 14-17years has a moderately linear relationship with the vertical and horizontal jumping indicators,40-yard sprint results, and 5-10-5 sensitivity test results. The regression equation is:18.3 meters full skating speed=2.072-0.019×vertical jump speed-0.024×sensitive and sprint speed-0.021×peak speed and power of right-span jump-0.021×peak speed and power of left-span jump,R~2=0.509.4)The left crossover performance of young male hockey players aged 14-17years has a moderately linear relationship with the speed index of vertical and horizontal jumping, the regression equation is:left crossover turn skating speed=14.885-0.183×vertical jump speed,R~2=0.253;While the performance of the right crossover has a moderately linear relationship with the 5-10-5 sensitivity test results,40-yard sprint results, speed indicator of vertical jump and peak output of left-span jump, the regression equation is:right crossover turn skating speed=14.884+0.218×sensitivity and sprint speed-0.157×vertical jump speed-0.159×peak speed and power of left-span jump,R~2=0.510.5)The“8”sharp turn skating speed of young male hockey players aged 14-17years has a moderately linear relationship with the vertical jump speed index and the5-10-5 sensitivity test result. The regression equation is:“8”sharp turn skating speed=7.264-0.106×vertical jump speed,R~2=0.231.The research conclusions are as follows:1)The 14-17 years old male athlete’s start-up speed is related to sensitive quality and balance quality;the straight-line acceleration is related to the sensitive quality, speed quality, strength quality and balance quality;the full-speed skating speed is mainly related to sensitive quality, speed quality and strength quality;the performance of the left crossover is mainly related to the explosive quality that can complete the action quickly, while the performance of the right crossover is related to the sensitivity and speed quality in addition to the strength quality;the sharp turn speed is related to strength quality.2)The index of the vertical jump speed, the peak speed and power of the horizontal jump, the sensitivity and the sprint speed can predict the full speed skating performance of the 14-17 year old male hockey player;sensitivity and sprint speed, vertical jump speed, peak jump speed and power to the left can predict the athlete’s right crossover performance.3)Whether it is straight-line speed or turn speed, the 14-17 years old male athlete’s skating speed is related to the 5-10-5 sensitive test indicator and the vertical jump indicator.Monitoring these two indicators is of great significance to grasp the changes of athletes’skating performance. |
