According to the arrangements, the new high school curriculum experiment in September 2004 took the lead in Guangdong, Shandong, Ningxia, Hainan official launch of the closing date, nearly 20 Chinese mainland provinces (cities, districts) officially launched the new high school curriculum experiment. With the deeping reform of the implementation of the new curriculum, high school math elective courses also entered in the depth implementation phase. The implementation of mathematics elective courses in mathematics for secondary school is a bright spot.In this part, students get a different platform for the development of practical, but also give the right to choose courses and curriculum decision-making rights for teachers, which also the senior high school mathematics curriculum reform in China .In this paper, the survey focused on high school in Jilin province, through high school math elective cases, courses and practitioners on the implementation of Mathematics Elective Curriculum in view of in-depth survey and interview, conducted in-depth analysis on existing data try to show case the school mathematics elective courses of the actual situation, efforts to explore the impact of mathematics elective course series of unfavorable factors, makes the math elective courses can be effectively implemented.The final results show that: the case of senior secondary school mathematics elective courses have not been really implemented, mainly in: the school did not follow the "high school mathematics curriculum standards (Experimental)" requested, to provide students with various courses, curriculum single;it not given teachers and students to the choice of curriculum options. Elective cases affecting schools in mathematics courses of the major factors are below: the cases school principals actively implemented the attitude of elective courses, elective courses in mathematics favorable factors for effective implementation; the case school mathematics elective course impact of series of unfavorable factors is mainly import,which is the only way to entrance of evaluation elective courses in mathematics college .It is to limit the elective courses of the major factors; teachers, inadequate resources; lack of intellectual support for teachers; materials immature and classroom resources; entrance plot strong school culture.
