Reading teaching of High School Language modern articles and reading inspection of the college entrance examination modern article are always the most important and difficult parts in teaching research of High School Language. How to combine them well with the effective strategies and by the teaching of the usual modern articles is the core which this paper will elaborate. This paper begins with High School new curriculum and new testing outlines, mainly making the analysis of 2007-2009 testing questions of modern articles in Hainan and Ningxia to absorb teaching points and ability requests of the modern articles reading. Combined many yeas'teaching practice with the related educational teaching theories, I regard the testing questions of High School Language modern articles reading and the tests of the new curriculum teaching material in Hainan and Ningxia during 2007-2009 and other local areas in recent years as the example, proposing three kinds of teaching strategies, namely literary style consciousness, the whole consciousness, thinking consciousness to satisfy reading and inspection of the modern articles.
