Classroom practice (exercises) is an important process in the classroom instructions, it plays the role of monitoring, consolidating, and the feedback. The effective classroom practice may change the dull machinery work to stimulate the students'learning, moreover, to develops the student intelligence and the raise good study habits significantly.This article focuses on the problems which exist the senior high school physics classroom practice, connecting those problems with the current teaching and learning conditions. How to design the classroom practice effectively is the core of the article. The result of the research is proved to be practical and fruitful.The paper has outlined the high school physics classroom effective practice design research background, the research significance, the research technique, the domestic and foreign research tendency and the concept connotation and so on. The cases were designed with the new curriculum idea under the physical effective teaching, the constructism theory, the six principles of the classroom effective practice design according to Yao Limin. The author used the questionnaire, and conducted the practice research with two science classes of Grade 2 in NO.6 middle school of Huhhot and has carried on the statistical analysis using the SPSS statistics software. The conclusion can be drawn as follows:(1) classroom effective practice design pays more attention to student's study differences, carries on the lamination design. Besides, it is helpful to encourage students to learn physics actively. (2) using familiar things , the simple goods to design classroom practice can be advantageous in stimulates the student to take the interest to study physics, moreover, the practice can let the student think physics and the life inseparable.(3) the classroom practice can explore student's study potential and raise the student independent learning capability(4) classroom effective practice design is advantageous in forming the good study habits for the student, fully using the classroom study time to solve the difficulty, enhancing the classroom study efficiency, and reducing the burden of the class.(5) classroom effective practice design can enhance student's physical marks, and can reduce the differences among students.Not only is this article confirmed the classroom effective practice design through the practice research to be advantageous to the student study, but also it is helpful to teacher's teaching. Teacher through design classroom practice, on the one hand may on the spot monitor student's study process, as well as carry on the effective instructions; on the other hand, it reflected the problems in the practice, helped students to reconsidering the cause and effect in their clear and reasonable mind; utilize the students as resources, put forward more strategies for the classroom practice design in order to develop the classroom practice to be more colorful, and more promoted for students' physics learning.
