In the continuous rapid development of society, the fierce competition of the21stcentury, the country today," Education is the foundation ", education and socialdevelopment is the interaction of education can not keep up the pace if the rapiddevelopment of society, then inevitably influence and restrict development of society.Therefore, the "teaching " the words in the study since ancient times, in the new era hasbeen updated, deeper, higher demand and meaning-"quality education", its meaningrefers to the school should be based on different students with different characteristics,abilities, allowing students to become the next new talent. Therefore, to make qualityeducation, focus on developing students’ expertise is particularly needed.So, the quality of education as a vital part of art education, is absolutely can not beoverlooked. The art practice lessons, art education as a vital link which, of course,more can not be taken lightly. In this paper, the literature review and survey researchmethods, and learn from good practices of other countries, combined with China’scomprehensive national conditions, a lesson from the various sectors, from curriculumto curriculum summary, detailed discussion of how to effectively implement acomplete section of Art Practice Course.Thesis is divided into a total of four parts, the first part is the introduction of thearticle, mainly on the stage of practical classes art background, status and motivation,and practical lessons from art students to effectively optimize the quality of education,to adapt to the new century education ideas, the paper explores the innovation aspectsof the purpose and significance of the thesis research.The second part of the major upgrade of the creative spirit of the rich practicelessons from the United States, Russia and artistic attention to aesthetic aspects oftraining methods, as well as the skills of daily non-aesthetic attitude training methodsadvocated by Japan, through education and training to their usual ways and Art learnpractical lessons implementation process.
