The teaching goal as the core of the teaching design, which has the guidance function in teaching activity. The teachers need to transform the traditional ideas, broking the limitation of formerly rested on "Program" carried on teaching design , according to"curriculum standard", from the knowledge and ability, the process and the method, the emotion manner and the values three dimensions carried on the teaching object design. However, the new curriculum reform already carried out a period of time, the result has not been actually remarkable, did the question leave in where, how should solve, and how should carry on the classroom instruction object design, this article around these questions, attempt to find the solution, thus go out the classroom instruction object design"the bottleneck".By my teaching practice and to the periphery teacher teaching's observation for many years, I enumerate the present classroom instruction object design existence question in the first part of article, including: 1st, the teacher does not have the goal perhaps the desalination object in the teaching practice; 2nd, overemphasizes designs the good object, the flexibility is insufficient; 3rd, object indication extremely general, lacking measurably. At the same time, taking the People's version of a compulsory one for example,I list in the design of teaching objectives, the situation of these problems. the Because of these question existence, the function of the teaching object to be restricted in the classroom instruction, which can't effectively guide their daily teaching activities. Thus in view of these questions, I have carried on the actual design practice, to the teaching object's design requirements, the design approach and the indication method has the detailed introduction, believing that these principles and method will have the help to teacher's teaching object design.Without the appraisal, the education is the blind education, thus I elaborate how to appraise in the end. According to the topic, I designed a set of paper, test student learning conditions, and to further validate the above summary of the teaching objective design method is effective, proved , students achieve the desired better. The true effective appraisal must be passes through the teaching process throughout, and adjust promptly teaching object, which will achieves the teaching anticipated, this has only then realized the appraisal object. In addition, I also further emphasized the question that classroom instruction object design should pay attention to. By a series of methods, the strategy, I believed that can avoid the extant some questions to a great extent, which enable the classroom instruction object to play the most important instruction role in classroom teaching activity.
