The concept of knowledge sharing derives from economy,which is introduced into education domain recently.In the era of knowledge economy,the core of enterprise competition is knowledge competition.Therefore,improving knowledge level of enterprises and reaching the growth rate and value of knowledge has become an important issue for every enterprise.Knowledge sharing has been regarded the core of enterprise knowledge management as result from it can facilitate enterprise knowledge accumulation and deepening.Recently,knowledge sharing gets application in education,and also absorbing widely attention in the field of teacher education and teacher professional development.Teachers' knowledge sharing is the effective interaction between the knowledge owner and the receiver on the basis of communication.Therefore,knowledge sharing is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.At present,domestic and foreign academics explore the knowledge sharing behaviors among teachers through empirical or theoretical analysis,analyzing the factors of hindering teachers' knowledge sharing,the most common method is combine the subject,object,organization and technology of teacher knowledge sharing,respectively.However,with the progress of education,there are constantly change for every part of the school's ecological environment and the obstacles encountered by teachers in the sharing process.Therefore,in order to better play the role of learning community and promote the professional development of teachers,the obstacles and its causes of teachers' knowledge sharing are worth exploring deeply.The research focus of this thesis is to investigate the obstacle performance and its causes of teachers' knowledge sharing by combing theoretical analysis and practical cases.The results show that knowledge sharing behavior among teachers mainly has the following obstacles through case analysis and interview research,the lower content level of teacher knowledge sharing,the lack ability of teacher knowledge sharing,insufficient communication approach and dis-comfortable external environment in process of teachers' knowledge sharing,respectively.The lower content level of teachers' knowledge sharing is the most important factor hindering the communication and sharing among teachers.Teachers' knowledge sharing is superficial result from the limitation of teacher's individual notion and the restriction of group factors.In the interview with the 12 teachers in the Chinese teaching — research group of Z primary school,the teacher also expressed the willing for higher level knowledge.Therefore,in the fourth chapter of the thesis,coming up with four improvement strategies,especially for the sharing of practical knowledge,teachers need to make the sharing behavior from the theoretical aspects to the daily teaching practice.
