The Study On The Effectiveness Of University Counselors' Work

College counselors, as the one of the College Teachers, are an important part of the Ideological and Political Education, first-line workers, is a mentor of college students and healthy growth of close friends, counselor's work directly related to the overall quality of students, is related to country's future and destiny of the Chinese nation. The effectiveness of college counselor's work issues have gradually become the theory and practice of community concern about the hot issues facing the vast number of counselors workers a key and difficult problems. Therefore, comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the effectiveness of the work counselors and how to improve the effectiveness of the work of college counselors has become a constant subject of new unabated. In this paper, "Effectiveness of College Instructors," to be analyzed and discussed the theme of the theory and practice, by analyzing the effectiveness of the work status of college counselors, and counselors the basic meaning of the work, further comprehensive analysis of factors affecting specific measures and methods, and strive to improve the college counselors in enhancing the effectiveness of the work put forward solutions. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part of the college counselors work to define the concept of efficiency and effectiveness of the work status of counselors. This section first defines the concept of college counselors, and further explained the meaning of the effectiveness of the counselors work.At the same time the questionnaire was designed according to their own work and performance on the status of counselors the basic issues related to research, analyze the effectiveness of the status of the instructor and counselor work to achieve certain results and the current work of the existing confusion and inadequate.The second part is mainly to explain the basic essence of the effectiveness of the college counselors. The basic essence of the effectiveness of the college counselors are including the role of college counselors, job characteristics and core capacity. This section introduces the origin of the preceptor and the positioning of the counselors, counselors working in time, space, object and method of the unique characteristics of the work, and the counselors should possess core competencies.The third part analysis comprehensively the impact elements of effectiveness of college counselors work, including achievement goals, work environment, interpersonal relationships, performance evaluation and job burnout. First, the analysis of the achievement goals of the counselor's positive impact on effectiveness, further work in the current achievement goal of counselor's problems. Second, the concept of work environment on the counselors, methods, and effects, has an important impact. This article analyzes the effectiveness of the counselors work from the social environment and school environment. Third, the counselors work relationships is one important aspect of coordination. Counselors work relationships include counselors and students, counselors and subject teacher, counselor and school administrators, to analyze on these three aspects of work relationships on the effectiveness of counselors. Fourth, performance evaluation of the reasonableness takes a stimulating effect for the counselors work. This article started from the two aspects of work performance evaluation of the effectiveness of counselors, including the performance appraisal system, performance appraisal process itself as well as evaluation of teachers and students. Fifth, performance burnout is the significant impact, based on Burnout in the clear meaning of the instructor, analysis the key performance of counselor burnout,and further analysis of the burnout performance of the work of counselors.The fourth part proposed the way to improve the effectiveness of college counselor.
