Research On The Countermeasures For Improving The Ideology Work Ability Of College Counselors

University counselors constitute an important component of ideology construction in colleges and universities,so their ideological ability is related to the successful development of ideological work in colleges and universities.How to better perform ideological responsibilities in the new era,to maintain ideological safety in colleges and universities,and to cultivate qualified socialistic buildersand successors is an issue worthy of common concern of all counselors and the whole society.This paper firstly starts from the connotation of ideology,and further clarifies the concept of university counselors' ideology work ability based on the spirit of important documents such as Implementing Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving College Ideological and Political Work under the New Situation and General Institutes of Higher Education Counselor Team Construction Regulations.In addition,the necessity to enhance university counselors' ideology work ability is interpreted from three aspects of counselors,college students and society.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,the current situation of ideology work ability in colleges and universities is investigated and analyzed,factors that restrict the enhancement of university counselors' ideology work ability are pointed out,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems is conducted.Finally,under the guidance of principles of political nature,epochal character and practicalness,specific and feasible measures were put forward according to the actual situations of counselors,universities and society.
