Campus violence is the long-standing international topics and has appeared in the United States, Japan, Germany and other countries as early as the 1950s and 1960s. In China, there is the escalating trend about school violence in recent years. It not only endangers students'physical and mental health but also puts extreme bad influence on schools, families and our society. Because the overall qualities of secondary vocational school's students are relative lower to other various institutions'students, there are even more serious campus violence in the secondary vocational schools. The study on the campus violence in China's secondary vocational school is still few, the researches on the campus violence in the secondary vocational schools are still at the initial stage.Enforcing the research on the campus violence in the secondary vocational schools, exploring the means to restrict and overcome this phenomenon are of great significance and importance. This paper, by a questionnaire survey and interviews, studies the students and teachers of Shanghai A School and Shanghai B School, two secondary vocational school to show the current state, characteristics, the course of coming into being of campus violence. Through survey, investigation and analysis, the main factors form campus violence is in that:the students'individual factors, family factors, social factors and school's factors. In the aspect of school's factors, secondary vocational schools emphasize too much on skills cultivation but lack of moral education, which is an important reason for more campus violence in the secondary vocational schools. They mainly embody in the aspects that the contents of moral education are outdated, the means of it is uniform and the disciplinary function of it is lack.Forming a precaution mechanism of family, society and schools together is very essential for reducing campus violence. But through moral education, the students in the secondary vocational schools form good habit and set up correct outlook on life and view of value is more effective. This paper points out the importance of the school's moral education for precaution campus violence on the basis of writer's practical moral education and the experience of class teacher for many years. The terminal purpose is in the ankle of moral feature, contents, means and methods to take all-directional moral measures to create a good environment for the students in the secondary vocational school and to let them keep off campus violence and grow healthily.
