Physical fitness is an important competitive ability and training proportion in the athlete's training. women's wrestling is listed as an Olympic sport in 2004, China has made the encouraging results, it should be said that science physical training is related with it. At present, accompanied by changes in the rules, women's wrestling' s physical demands will inevitably have a profound change, thus, it is important to master the laws of the project and explore the development of their physical characteristics. At the same time, physical training methods have also undergone great changes, many new training methods continue to emerge, such as core strength training, vibration training and suspension training, these new training methods have yet to be the test of practice, but There is no doubt that they also provided us with a good training ideas, and has began to take shape in practice, how to better understanding and use these training means has become a key issue. To this end, Based on that consideration, through literature, logical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, this study discussed the physical training characteristic of athletes in order to improve the level of training.
